With a broad range of technical skills and knowledge, the Complete Electronics Ltd team are a friendly bunch! Being a small, family owned connector business, we are well versed when it comes to the subject of connections!
Based in Milton Keynes close to the A5 and M1 road links, we are ideally placed to distribute our connectivity products across the country. The team is growing and now includes the following;
Paul Carr / Managing Director/Owner
A commercially aware businessman with an entrepreneurial mind set. A family man in a family business dedicated to people, business development and strategic partnerships to broker the best deals for his customers. Paul is committed to providing the highest standards of service and professional integrity.
He began his industrial career back in 1974 as a trainee control panel wireman for a division of Emerson Electric, progressing to stores manager and then to projects manager. In 1983 he moved to Milton Keynes to be closer to his now wife and joined Filtrona Instruments & Automation Ltd as a components buyer. Head hunted by Peek Traffic Ltd in 1986, Paul became their production manager until 1992 when he formed his own Electrical/Electronics manufacturing business Holden Manufacturing Ltd. Following a catastrophic flood which decimated the business, Holden closed in 2005.
Pete Johnson / Sales Director
With 33 years in electronics, Pete has worked with some of the top names in the interconnect industry including Harting, JAE and most recently Bulgin. Pete handles the sales and business strategy for Complete Electronics Ltd with his key area of expertise being design-in for new and existing products.
Having made it into the Guinness Book of Records at the age of 12 for consuming 64 tins of baked beans in 30 minutes, Pete now prefers to spend his weekends consuming wine. Should you have a new product you are specifying or need help finishing off a tin of beans, then Pete’s your man!
Steve Brown / Technical Manager
With 30 yearsof experience in both digital & analogue electronics, Steve began his engineering career in TV and Video repair. Steve worked with Paul Carr as his Engineering Manager at Holden and until recently he held the post of principal engineer for a leader in road safety systems and traffic data collection for the past 9 years. A specialist in industrial Ethernet, Steve is definitely the man for the job!.
With a good working knowledge of LAN & WLAN systems and a love for home brewing beer and wine (and lots of it) Steve will most certainly be able to assist with pretty much any technical enquiry put his way.
Natalie Carr / Director
After obtaining an LLB Law degree followed by a postgraduate Legal Practice Course, Natalie decided to join the family business. Her role includes the day to day processing of all of your orders, managing supplier relationships, account management, and ensuring we run a tight ship!
When Natalie isn’t running with Cookie, she likes to indulge in her other favourite pastime; shopping (who doesn’t ). Natalie plays a fundamental role in making sure that your orders get to you on time at the right price.
Amy Wells / Business Development & Marketing
Amy has over 10 years experience in sales, marketing, customer service and SEO. As our Business Development & Marketing manager, she handles new business developments and pushing the business forward.
With two children, a passion for baking and running and an enlightened understanding into the world of industrial connectors, Amy plays a fundamental role in making Complete Electronics Ltd the first stop for all of your connectivity requirements.
Stephanie Carr / Marketing & Internal Sales
With a degree in Marketing & Media Communications and 2 years of travelling the world under her belt, Stephanie joined Complete Electronics Ltd to boost our brand presence within the industrial connector industry.
Stephanie is responsible for ensuring that the Complete Electronics Ltd name is sent out as far and wide as possible whilst trying really hard to suppress her desire to jump on a plane and follow it!
Michael Colet/Stores
Manager of the stores and deliveries, Michael has years of experience managing a well renowned cocktail bar in Milton Keynes. He now handles all of your orders making sure that they are counted and packed up securely and most importantly to him, neatly. He’s an excellent hand to have around at Christmas.
Michael enjoys going to the gym and body building. Originally from Venezuela he has a passion for South American cooking and BBQ’s. Michael’s fundamental role is to ensure that you get the goods you have ordered safe and sound.
Lesley Carr / Chief Dog Walker
Married To Paul Carr, Lesley is responsible for the wellbeing of our security team and always lends a helping hand when things get busy.
A fabulous cook, Lesley loves walking the dog, gardening and making sure the Complete Electronics Ltd office runs smoothly.
Bella the Cocker Spaniel / Head of Security
Bella takes her role as Head of Security very seriously. Depending on the weather she can most often be found keeping guard on the door or sunning herself on the lawn (whilst keeping guard of course!).
The first to greet all visitors, Bella is a crucial member of the Complete Electronics Ltd team.
Cookie the Cocker Spaniel / Assistant to Head of Security
Cookie is the younger, smaller and slightly crazier version of Bella! Often heard before she is seen, she can be found sitting at Michael's feet or in a box of flo pak. Cookie & Bella are a great team and Cookie is certainly a real help when it comes to greeting visitors!
